Did any one here watch "Castle" this Monday on ABC? It stars Nathan Fillion from Firefly. I thought that is was pretty good and Nathan was both smart and funny at the same time. So what did you all think?

The writing was fairly predictable, but the dialogue was pretty smart and funny. And of course Nathan was great, playing the charming rogue to the hilt. I'll definitely watch again.

Sat, March 14, 2009 - 9:34 PMnew to this tribe. I watched castle. I agree that the writing was predictable and I'm not crazy about the female lead. But Nathan, yeah, he was good and his wit did remind me of Mal. Hopefully it'll pick up a bit. -

Mon, March 30, 2009 - 4:13 PMI dunno, I can kind of see her becoming a fairly interesting side character. Sort of like Book in firefly was.. except more innocent (sort of lol). I really like her too.
So far I really like this show, I think its going to get less predictably little by little.

The pull it gives to accomplish things.His partner Kate is more of the straight man (woman). I also like how women respond to him, except for his partner. A little Remington steele, A little Murder, she wrote.

i took a screen shot, and i still wouldn't have known if he hadn't pointed it out! but others did.....
best of all, it's an item he stole off the firefly set, just like mal woulda done. -
